Multi tasking

Haven't posted much the last couple of weeks or days or... I'm crazy busy. Got a lot of uni thinking and designing, got rehearsals for the Dali show that starts next wednesday, rehearsals for a fan dance at Burlesque Bar also next week, then preparing a solo for the monday after AND sewing my costumes... I've been getting a lot of "OMG you look sooooo tired!!"-comments and no "wow you look so young, can't believe you're 26!!" comments lately... Basically that means I look like shit. Great.
Gonna go check on my cupcakes. Yes I know, why bake when I have a million things to do? Because I'm freaking wonder woman and I do whatever I want.

Come and see the show every wednesday at 6.30pm in September at the NGV, Melbourne.

Thank you to my friend, inspiration and teacher Minsky Malone.

Malin

This and that

Last night Lexi and I went to Burlesque Bar to see Charlie and Cherie perform and as always they were gorgeous on stage. The venue unfortunately was rather shitty. With the name being what it is we were expecting more than just another cute bar in Fitzroy. And not having proper lighting for a stage is just a no go. Anyway it was still fun.
What else?.....Oh, Jono and I went to the Salvador Dali exhibition at the NGV on wednesday with Ken and Ash who were visiting from Sydney. Amazing. Dali what a creative mind, he was involved in basically all design disciplines. The exhibition showcased photography work, paintings, movies, jewellery and fashion. So if you haven't been yet GO! Also at the gallery every wednesday night in september the House of Burlesque is performing a vaudeville show inspired by Dali's muse Gala and Dali's fascination with the subconscious and dreams. Check it out!
Here's a random photo from the other day.

No title.

At 10.37 am this morning i found the first ever gray hair on my head. I spent basically all day yesterday cleaning the house (even the floors!), cooking and baking cupcakes. Any chance these things might be related?
